I. General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Basic Provisions
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to contracts concluded between you and us as the provider (Mikko Wood, Soundmaxx-Online.de) via the website https://soundmaxx-online.de. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of any terms and conditions used by you is hereby expressly excluded.
(2) A consumer within the meaning of the following provisions is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their independent professional or commercial activity.
§ 2 Conclusion of the Contract
(1) The subject matter of the contract is the sale of goods.
(2) By placing products on our website, we make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract under the conditions specified in the respective product description.
(3) The contract is concluded via the online shopping cart system. After selecting the products, entering personal data and choosing the payment method, you will receive an order overview. By clicking the “Buy now” button, you submit a binding order. The contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation.
(4) Order processing and the transmission of all information required in connection with the conclusion of the contract are carried out automatically by e-mail.
§ 3 Dropshipping and Delivery
(1) We ship goods partly from our own warehouse and partly by way of so-called dropshipping directly via our partner warehouses in Germany, the European Union or – in the case of products marked accordingly – from third countries (e.g. China).
(2) Delivery times for dropshipping products may differ and are generally 3 to 5 working days longer than for stock items. Exact delivery times are stated in the respective product description.
(3) In the case of orders containing several items, partial deliveries may be made provided this is reasonable for the customer.
(4) In all cases, the contractual partner remains Mikko Wood, Soundmaxx-Online.de, even if shipping is carried out by external partners.
§ 4 Prices and Payment Conditions
All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately. The available payment methods are indicated during the ordering process.
§ 5 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
§ 6 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. If goods are expressly marked as “used” in the product description, the limitation period is one year from delivery, excluding claims for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.
§ 7 Choice of Law
German law shall apply. The provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.

2. Information on the Conclusion of the Contract
The technical steps leading to the conclusion of the contract are set out in §2 of these General Terms and Conditions.
3. Contract Language, Storage of the Contract Text
The contract language is German. The contract text is not stored by us. Before submitting the order, the customer can print out or electronically save the contract data.
4. Delivery Conditions
Deliveries are made within Germany and the EU. For dropshipping items, shipping is carried out directly by our partner warehouses. Delivery times are stated in the respective product description.
5. Alternative Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
