Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France, Poland, Italy, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Finland, Sweden.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Currently, deliveries within Germany are free of shipping charges. Shipping is carried out via DHL or DPD (the choice of carrier is made by us).

International deliveries:
  • Zone 1: Belgium, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France, Poland, Austria – 14.90 €
  • Zone 2: Italy, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain – 16.90 €
  • Zone 3: Bulgaria, Croatia, Ireland, Romania, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal – 17.90 €
  • Zone 4: Finland, Sweden – 24.90 €

For deliveries to foreign islands, an island surcharge of 14.90 € is added to the shipping costs.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany generally takes place within 1–3 working days, and for international deliveries within 3–7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays and that actual delivery times may vary in individual cases, especially during periods of high shipping volumes (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas).

For items shipped via dropshipping directly from external partner warehouses (Germany, EU or third countries), delivery times may be extended by 3–5 working days. The exact delivery time is stated in the respective product description.

If you order items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one combined shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time. Partial deliveries are permitted provided they are reasonable for the customer.

If you choose self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further Details on Payment

When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
